Family and Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain productive, meaningful partnerships with families and communities to ensure the highest quality education for all students.
Equity: Provide all students, schools, and workplaces with equitable, essential support to ensure successful learning, teaching, working, and participation.
Communication: Provide equitable, essential communication among all students, staff, families, and communities to ensure successful learning, teaching, working, and participation.
BOND TEAM STRATEGIC PRIORITIES
Life Health Safety: All key facilities impacting the safety of our staff and students must come first. The structural integrity of our facilities has been the Bond Team's first priority that set which facilities come first.
Functional Program: Our facilities must be designed and modernized to enhance the educational process for now and in the future.
Facilities Functions: The average age of our schools is 40- 50 years old. The physical environment and infrastructure must be upgraded to properly support the educational process.
Esthetics: Although the lowest priority, it is what the public notices the most. Some esthetic improvements will be made to the interior and exterior of our facilities to enhance pride and improve appearance.
Equity: The facilities priorities shall be implemented consistently across all campuses.
